Fruit Salad with Honey and Orange Blossom Water

- juice of one large orange
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 1.5 lbs mixed fruit, such as peaches, nectarines, apricots, bananas, plums, grapes, apples, pears, strawberries, mangoes, melon, pineapple, dates, pomegranate seeds
- to garnish: a few mint leaves
Mix ingredients straight into a serving bowl. Wash or peel the fruits, core or remove pits, and drop the fruit in the bowl as you cut them into pieces, so they do not have time to discolor.
Leave in a cool place for an hour or more before serving. Garnish with mint leaves.
