A New Peace Plan for the Israel Conflict

The documents here come from thinking about how peace might be achieved between Israel and its neighbors, including substantial numbers of Palestinians currently under occupation and/or in exile. Most outsiders see this conflict as a local problem to be resolved through negotiations between the local parties. Such thinking sweeps away the substantial responsibility of outsiders for this conflict -- most significantly, the U.K. during the Mandate period, and the U.S. in and following the Cold War period.
