1/2 c. small black salt-cured olives
1/2 tsp. coriander seed, dry-roasted
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped fresh mint
pinch of crumbled dried red chile
1 tbs. olive oil
pinch of sugar
