Orange and Black Olive Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium navel oranges
  • 1/2 c. small black salt-cured olives
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander seed, dry-roasted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh mint
  • pinch of crumbled dried red chile
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • pinch of sugar
