1 lb. thick slices of calf, lamb, or beef liver
1 clove garlic, crushed
1.5 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. salt
cumin
1/4 c. mixed chopped parsley and cilantro
1/2 c. lemon juice
flour, preferably semolina flour
vegetable oil
