Smoked Mackerel Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz smoked mackerel
- 1 tbs chopped red onion
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 0.5 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Steps
Combine everything in food processor, and process until smooth.
Notes
I made this as part of a Hungarian spread, so I fiddled with the spices accordingly (added cumin and paprika, some fresh dill.
