Tapenade

Serves: 6-8 (1.5-2.0 cups)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb black olives, pitted
  • 1/2 c drained capers
  • 1 small garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 6-oz can tuna packed in olive oil, drained
  • 2 tbs brandy
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • a few drops lemon juice

Steps

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and turn it on.
